Ageing select lots in bourbon whiskey barrels enhances the finish of smoke, sweet spice, and cocoa when added to the final blend. Golden straw in colour, this Bourbon barrel-aged Chardonnay has aromas of ripe, grilled peach, with hints of toasted marshmallow, vanilla bean custard, and baked spice pear. Rich, creamy, and concentrated flavours of grilled peach, lemon pie crust, graham cracker, vanilla bean, baking spices, and toasted oak lead to a balanced acidity and lingering finish. Aged a minimum of two months in American Oak Bourbon Barrels.
