100% Blue Weber agave is harvested at its peak, double distilled in copper stills, and aged in anew American and French oak barrels for more than a year. Tequila Don Ramón Platinium Plata is double-distilled for a smooth and brilliant taste and pure profile. Selectively harvesting the Agave Anovillado, at the exact point of maturity before the quiote (flower) is formed reveals the inherent purity of the plata.
