This hand-crafted Chardonnay is an extremely limited release. The Springvale name is inspired by the sub-region located on the outskirts of the Alexandra basin, named after the complex underground aquifers which are spring fed from glacial snow melt, enabling the land. Barrel fermented in 10% new French oak. The wine shows great elegance, balance and purity of white stone fruit flavours. The stone fruit flavours combine with a soft vanillin note that provides complexity and lovely length.
