Vibrant green in colour, the nose is fresh with lime juice cordial, white peach and hints of subtle creamy French oak. The palate is crisp and fresh, lime and honey dew melon linger, intertwined with well integrated oak and defined acidity that gives structure and length.

A snout-smackingly good, weighty and refreshing Chardonnay, with layers of ripe rock melon, toasted almond and a hint of squeezed lemon.

This wine exhibits bright citrus and ripe stone fruit aromas entwined with subtle notes of clove and oak spice. The palate is fresh and vibrant with ripe flavours of juicy peach merged with nutty lees and ginger highlights. The flavours from an intense core with very good depth, lifted with fresh acidity. Sourced exclusively from Te Mata Estate's own vineyards. This Estate Vineyards Chardonnay was harvested from Bridge Pa Triangle, Woodthorpe Terraces and Havelock Hills vineyards. White gold in the glass, immediate refreshing appeal of ripe nectarine and lemon sorbet edged with sea-salt, roast almond and a hint of smoke from French oak. This richly textured unoaked Chardonnay displays aromas of ripe nectarine and bright citrus underpinned by hints of integrated nutty butterscotch gained from both extended time on lees and malolactic fermentation. On the palate fresh flavours of peach and tropical fruit are balanced with subtle creaminess and great length, leading to a smooth and focused finish.

This Nelson Chardonnay displays vibrant aromas of bright citrus zest, ripe stonefruit and subtle hints of warm, spicy French oak. On the palate flavours of white peach, ginger, juicy grapefruit and notes of toasted nut take this medium bodied and elegantly textured wine to a lusciously long and persistent finish.

The nose displays fruitful aromas of nectarine and citrus, complemented by delicate floral and savoury notes.
