You will need:

  • 30ml Campari
  • 30ml Sweet or red vermouth
  • 30ml Gin
  • Orange peel to garnish
  • Ice

To make:

  1. Pour the gin, vermouth and Campari into a mixing glass or jug filled with ice
  2. Stir well until the outside of the glass feels cold
  3. Strain into a tumbler and add a large ice sphere or cube
  4. Zest the orange peel over the glass and drop in
